Configuring Outlook Express with your new Email account

Step 1: After opening Outlook Express click tools, then accounts.

Step 2: Click add, then mail.

Step 3: Type your name in the provided field, (this is name appended to your Email address)
Then click next.

Step 4: Insert your Username@Douglasfast.net
Your Username is created/supplied at the time of your installation.
Then click next.

Step 5: Leave the "My incoming mail server is a" pull down menu as POP3.
Type mail.douglasfast.net for Both incoming and outgoing mail servers.
T hen click next.

Step 6: Insert your Username (this is your full email address).
Your Password is created/supplied at the time of your installation.
C hecking "remember password" is optional.
Make sure to leave "Log on using Secure Password Authentication SPA) unchecked.
Then click next.

Step 7: Click Finish to save the new account.
